All our sales are insured by risk companies. The acceptance of the orders is conditioned by the risk subscribed with them. Our net prices, except commercial discounts, do not include VAT. The minimum net value for the acceptance of your orders for logistics and management costs is €200. Our prices do not include postage. Postage will be free of charge under the following conditions:
- PENINSULA €350
- BALEARIC ISLANDS €600
- CANARY ISLANDS €1,200
Returns will not be accepted, unless agreed in writing with our commercial department and provided that the following conditions are met. Lack of merchandise or merchandise in poor condition: It must be communicated at the time of receipt to the transport on the delivery note or to our company within a maximum period of 24 hours. Once the incidence is accepted, the postage of these returns will be paid by our company and the payment will be made in the invoice corresponding to the delivery note. Returns of merchandise for reasons beyond our company: – NO return of merchandise will be accepted after 15 days of billing.- NO return of merchandise in poor condition WILL BE ACCEPTED. The merchandise will suffer a depreciation in its payment of 20% for management, handling and re-packaging expenses. Payments for these returns will be deducted from the next purchase. The postage of these returns will always be paid by the customer.
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
All our products are guaranteed for 2 years from receipt and acceptance by our client. Once the condition has been checked by our technicians and the guarantee has been accepted, the defect will be repaired or, if it cannot be repaired due to lack of spare parts, it will be replaced with the same or a similar product.
